Terms

Your use of this site is subject to these terms and conditions:
  • Purchased tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date, or if the venue or headline act of a concert is changed after an order is placed.
  • If an event is cancelled by the organiser/promoter, or due to other circumstances outside our control, FBT will refund only the face value of the ticket. We will attempt to contact you either by phone, email or in writing, using the details that you give us when you place the order. For this reason it is important that you provide accurate contact details. Please note that it remains your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue: FBT cannot guarantee to tell you of any changes
  • If an event is moved to another date or venue we will attempt to tell you the revised details and whether your tickets remain valid by phone, email or in writing, using the contact information that you provide when you place the order. If you do not wish to attend the event on the revised date/at the new venue, you may return your tickets by secure post for a refund of the tickets' face value. Please note that it remains your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue: FBT cannot guarantee to tell you of any changes
  • If the headline artist does not appear or the line up or content is substantially changed from the advertised line up or content (concerts only), then we will refund the face value of the tickets.
  • If we cannot fulfil your order for any of the following reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund, including any booking fee charged:
    • we do not receive the tickets for your order from the event organiser, and cannot arrange for the tickets to be collected
    • we despatch your order to the wrong address and cannot provide replacement tickets
    • we do not despatch your order and do not arrange for the tickets to be available for collection
    • we despatch the wrong order (wrong event / wrong type of tickets)
    • any other similar circumstances where we have acted with negligence or where we may have acted in breach of contract
  • Please check your tickets when you receive them, and keep them safe. We are unable to issue duplicate tickets to replace lost or stolen tickets for general admission tickets, those seating tickets issued can be replaced if lost or stolen only if original seating block, row and seat numbers are provided and only on a collection basis at the venue concerned. All purchase receipts must also be shown as proof of purchase.
  • It is your responsibility to tell us of any change in your contact details, including delivery address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of your tickets. If you are waiting for an order to be fulfilled we recommend that you do this by telephone, as changes made to your contact details on the web site do not affect the delivery of orders already placed.
  • If it becomes impractical to post tickets out, due to the proximity of an event or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event. We will attempt to tell you by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) if this becomes necessary.
  • The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account, and may carry out security searches. We are unable to offer you a refund if you are refused entry to or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.
  • Some events and ticket types have age restrictions, which are indicated in the event information. Please read all the information that applies to the event/ticket you are booking, and bring a proof of age if appropriate.
  • Some events and ticket types have restricted availability or allow a maximum number of tickets per purchaser or per household. These restrictions are indicated in the event information or during booking. If you order tickets in breach of these restrictions or in excess of the maximum allowed, we reserve the right to amend or cancel your order without notification.
If we send you tickets by Special Delivery, and they are returned as 'addressee unknown', we reserve the right to cancel the order.


Delivery

We will dispatch your tickets by postal or courier service at the rate agreed, to reach you by noon on the day after dispatch. We will endeavour to deliver your tickets as soon as possible. Usually, tickets will be dispatched within 14 days from the time of booking. In some cases, due to the nature of the business, tickets do not arrive with us until shortly before the event date. This is especially common where the tickets in question are general admission (standing) tickets, or specially printed souvenir tickets. These tickets are held back by the promoter as a prevention measure against loss of tickets, fraud or counterfeiting of the tickets. In extreme circumstances, tickets do not arrive with us until the date of the event. If the tickets arrive with us too late to be posted, we will arrange for you to collect your tickets either from the relevant venue box office or representative from our office. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any failure by the courier to deliver your tickets
