We cover hard intense workouts, such as Bootcamps and Extreme Insanity classes and also a selection of classes just after the morning school run for the mum's! We also offer more specialised classes, such as Spin classes in our sea view studio and a boxing styled Fight Club class. We also offer specific weight training classes. Focusing on building strength, flexibility and co-ordination. Pilates creates strong postures which sculpt the body and challenge your endurance. There is also use of some equipment in these enjoyable classes to challenge stability alongside working your body.
