Classes

All of our classes are run by instructors with all the enthusiasm and passion to get you through a fantastic workout! We cover hard intense workouts, such as Bootcamps and Extreme Insanity classes and also a selection of classes just after the morning school run for the mum's! We also offer more specialised classes, such as Spin classes in our sea view studio and a boxing styled Fight Club class. We also offer specific weight training classes. If you're not a member we offer a pay per class (£6 per session) or come and join us as a member for unlimited full usage! whatever ULTIMATE SPIN

Our popular spin classes running frequently in our sea view studio is suitable for virtually anybody that wants to get a sweat on! Fast paced, pumping music and a given to have those legs burning by the end of the class.

whatever BOOTCAMP

Our tough military styled bootcamps are designed to create a hard workout using a variety of equipment. Hearts will be beating fast over heavy battle ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls and more. A sure fun way to get in a tough workout.

whatever FIGHT CLUB

Learn to jab, box and strike with an all over body workout! Including boxing circuits, pad work, boxing bags, skipping and plenty of other boxing drills. Non body contact class and no experience necessary! Leave the class feeling like Rocky.

whatever EXTREME INSANITY

No explanation necessary, only you'd be insane not to try it! Taking high intensity interval training to a whole new level. Prepare to workout with body weighted exercises in block times. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome to push themselves to new limits!

Weight training our legs has never been easy, but introduce yourself into a team of alike minded people baring the tough session and you'll be sure not to regret giving it your all. Getting yourself a firmer bum, toned legs and a leg day burn! Perfect for those wanting to lose weight or improve their fitness.

Our upper body weight training class is designed to work your biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, chest and abs all in one! This all over upper body class will tone you, build your strength and increase your endurance levels.

A weight class focused specifically each week on a different body part. Hypotrophy provides greater knowledge of weight training, including correct tempo, reps and sets to maximise muscle toning and mass.

All levels and abilities are welcome at our Yoga class. Known to focus on body strength, flexibility and breathing. This class is fantastic to tone muscle, allow yourself to be more flexible and move more freely. Yoga is also a fantastic recovery session for those who are committed to weight training throughout the week!

Focusing on building strength, flexibility and co-ordination. Pilates creates strong postures which sculpt the body and challenge your endurance. There is also use of some equipment in these enjoyable classes to challenge stability alongside working your body.
