Wondering where to look for an au pair or nanny?
Do you go to an au pair or nanny agent and pay between £350 and £450 for a placement – possibly much more for a nanny? Or do you go to an online service, pay between £40 and £50 and take on the responsibility of finding and checking out an au pair or nanny yourself?

We only use secure payment facilities provided by Paypal. We never see your credit card details, so we can never lose or abuse them.

You decide to join an on line site, and then find that the au pairs you have seen are no longer available, and you do not know how many new members are joining.
1st Class Au Pairs runs pay-per-click advertising campaigns all across Europe targeting the countries from which au pairs and nannies can visit the UK. These campaigns are continually monitored for their impact and continually revised to ensure we can always offer a good selection of new au pairs. We have found that au pairs join looking for immediate placements, but many are also looking for placements that start six months or more in advance. You invite an au pair, but it doesn’t work out and the au pair leaves.
You are free to return to 1st Class Au Pairs, and provided your membership is current you can look for a replacement without any further payment to us. In fact you can come back as many times as you wish during your membership.

How do I know whether your site actually ‘works’ and people find au pairs?
1st Class Au Pairs sends a survey to every family and every au pair two weeks after they first join. These results and other feedback help to drive our program of continuous improvement.
