Wingspan was founded by Chris Connors. Chris is a General Management & Sales professional who has lived in France since 2000, ultimately as Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa for a FTSE 100 company.

Through many years of experiencing day-to-day the joy and pain that accompanies building and working to get the best from pan-European organisations, he became fascinated by the techniques required to run a performing business across a geography comprising many legislative, fiscal and cultural landscapes.

While technology advances render geographical barriers mostly meaningless when it comes to sourcing skills, there remain significant pit-falls that can obstruct highest levels of performance for companies operating internationally. Wingspan was founded to work with companies to create awareness of - and provide fixes to – structural, organisational and managerial barriers that can block the progress of an internationally expanding business.
