We are registered with the Property Codes Compliance Board which sets out the standards for the industry and monitors our professional conduct. As part of this we hold Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of £2,000,000 per case. In addition to this all of the Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors that we use are fully qualified and accredited by companies approved by the Secretary of State; each with their own Professional Indemnity and Personal Liability Insurance.
