At The Bag Shop UK we are committed to making your shopping experience easy, quick and convenient. That is why we have put together all the right answers to all your questions about returns and refunds so that you can shop with confidence.

Important - Please read first

Before you return any item please call 01689 822345 (9 am – 5 pm (Mon –Fri) or email us on aftersales@thebagshopuk.com to obtain a returns reference number (RRN).

In order to process your refund efficiently, please ensure that you write your RRN clearly on the front of all packaging. Any items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste. You can simply return the unused items for a full refund within 14 days from the date of your delivery. All goods should be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and unused.   The Bag Shop UK will not pay for return shipping costs relating to non-defective goods

When do I get refund once I have returned an item?

Once we receive an item, we will process the return and refund within 5 working days. Please allow at least 21 days from collection for the payment to be credited back to your account (this may take longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment).  We will notify you by e-mail when the refund has been made.

All goods should be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and unused.   The Bag Shop UK will not pay for return shipping costs relating to non-defective goods.

What if my goods are faulty?

We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise against possible defects for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If your goods should develop a fault during this period you may return the defective merchandise FREE, for a prompt refund or replacement. The Bag Shop UK will pay for all return shipping costs relating to defective goods.

Any items found to be faulty after 14 days are covered by the brand manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods can vary considerably between brands, so please be sure to check prior to purchasing.

Returning Purchases

The Bag Shop UK will not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged during transit, other than when our own courier collection or delivery service is used. All returns must be sent to The Bag Shop UK address by either recorded delivery or insured courier service.
