FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
Payments will be taken only upon dispatch of products.  Products are sent by City-Link or Royal Mail recorded delivery, and both require a signature upon receipt.
Each item on your order will be shipped out to you, as soon as it is available in our warehouse.  We aim to fulfil this requirement within 10 working days.  If for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail. 
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, but especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.
