Order and Payment
Once you have selected the items, please confirm the details on the order page and click the send button to submit your order. All prices are shown in sterling. If you are ordering from a non-UK address your credit card company will apply the appropriate exchange rate.
All prices quoted include V.A.T at the current rate of 17.5% where V.A.T has been applied to the product.
The amount for postage and packaging is shown separately to the order price.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted via a protx secure server.
We accept no liability where correct payment details are processed by a person other than the lawful cardholder.
Orders placed will be held at the price advertised at the time the order was made.

Product and Description
We aim to give an accurate description of all items through our website. However, slight variations in colour, size and general appearance should be accepted.
If any aspect of a product is substantially different to the description at the time of an order being placed we will notify you.
Where a product is unavailable a suitable alternative will be offered. Should you choose to decline the substitute product there will be no obligation to continue with the order.

Deliveries and Refunds
For all orders placed before 3pm we aim to despatch same day (Mon-Fri) and they will be delivered via Royal Mail. Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email. If the order recipient is not available to receive the goods the responsibility of these goods are that of the customer.

If for any reason a parcel is returned to us we will refund the cost of your order, excluding P&P.

We will endeavour to ensure the goods are despatched within the advertised time frame. If though for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, a refund for all payments received will be made to the credit/debit card used for the purchase. As delivery is made through a 3rd Party we regret we are unable to accept any responsibility for delays caused by the postal system
You reserve the right to cancel the order at any time up until it is dispatched although this may incur a £5.00 charge to cover administration costs. Any cancellations must be made in writing (email or post).
In the event of any breakages or damages the customer (the person who purchased the goods) must notify Joukydaidles Limited in writing by post or email within 7 working days of delivery. We will be happy to replace any of these items if returned in the original packaging within 7 working days of delivery. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.
Should you change your mind we will be happy to refund your product provided it is returned in good condition and in the original packaging within 7 working days. We will confirm the decision to refund your purchase in writing.
We will only authorise a refund to the credit/debit card originally used for payment once the returned product is received by us in the original packaging within 7 working days of delivery.
Any postage costs incurred as a result of returning products to us will not be refunded, except where the product is returned to us and found to be faulty we will refund.
We must receive all returns in the original packaging and condition.
If you do not notify us of any problems with the product/s within 7 working days of delivery we will take this to mean you are satisfied with the quality of the product..

Privacy
We will comply with all UK laws governing the protection of your personal details and information.
All credit/debit card transactions will be carried out via a secure server with the assistance of a reputable online payment company Protx who also endeavour to protect customer privacy. For further details on Protx please visit http://www.protx.com/
Your details will not be passed on to any other companies but we will retain them on our database for future reference.
Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable to you for any delay in, or performance of our obligations under this agreement arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including, but not restricted to the following; invasion, act of war, act of God, act of Government, failure in information technology or telecommunications, labour dispute, fire, flood, industrial action.
