How do I instruct a HIP?

HIPs will be produced by specialist providers such as ehips.

The process for instructing the HIP is quick, simple and effective.
It will only be necessary to enter on-line information that may affect the cost or delivery time of the HIP including:
Sale price
Number of bedrooms
Postcode
the system will then calculate the 3 standard HIP quotes:
Cheapest HIP
Quickest HIP
Best value for money
These quotes can then be refined further by specifying an upper limit for estimated delivery time and price to produce a quote for:
Cheapest HIP within a set time
Quickest HIP below a set price

What will a Hip cost?

With variable pricing, ehips enables a variety of cost choices to be available:
The cheapest HIP
The quickest HIP
The best value for money HIP
The cheapest HIP within a set time scale
