How quickly can I expect my part to be delivered after I´ve placed an order?

All orders placed before 3pm (except weekends or Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. We will dispatch your item(s) using Royal Mail First Class post, it should take 1-2 working days to reach you. If your item is very urgent please choose our Royal Mail Special Delivery service at checkout, this is guaranteed to be delivered on the next working day after dispatch.

Do you offer a next day delivery service?

Yes, please choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at the cart stage. If ordered before 3pm (except weekends or Bank Holidays) the item will be dispatched same day for guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day.

What can I do if I have difficulty fitting the part myself?

If this is the case, please call us on 0845 602 63 87 (Mon-Fri 9-6pm, Sat 10-2pm) and our technicians can do the repair work for you. You can also book your order online on at www.ukmobilephoneparts.co.uk

Do you take telephone orders?

What payment options do you accept?

Our website accepts payments via all major Credit/Debit Cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Visa Electron. You can also pay online using your PayPal account. Alternativaly we also take card payment over the telephone. Sorry but we do not accept cheques or postal orders.

My payment was not accepted online and my order was cancelled

I live outside of the UK and would like to place an order

When you arrive at the cart page please choose your country from the drop down menu and the correct postage will be calculated. For international orders outside of the UK please allow a few extra days for delivery.

I require a VAT invoice for my business, can you provide one?

We are VAT registered and for every order placed we will automatically email you a VAT invoice with a break down of prices including VAT. These can also be re-printed when you login to the website.

How reliable are your parts?

All parts we supply are very high quality. We have been using these parts for many years for our own repairs and can guarantee they are fully working. If you do have any issues with parts we have supplied please contact us immediately.
