Select your model from the menu on the left and choose your repair. Once found please add this to the cart and proceed to the register page. If you cannot find your repair please call on 0845 602 63 87.

Once registered you can make payment for the repair with credit/debit card or paypal. You will then be emailed an invoice with reference number and address. Please send Samsung to this address with reference number

Remove your sim card and package the Samsung securely in a jiffy bag with bubble wrap and send by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Once Samsung is received our trained technicians will complete repair and test before returning to you.

Once your Samsung repair is complete we will package the device securely and return to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We aim to complete all repairs within 3-5 working days or sooner.
