How long does a repair take?

Most of our repairs are completed and returned to you within 24 hours. All repairs will be completed and returned to you within 3 working days.

How do I send you my GHD's for repair?

Please view our website to find your GHD repair. Once found you can either contact us on 0845 602 63 87 to place order or place order online. To use our online system please add item to cart, you will then be taken to registration page where you can add return address details and also make payment via Paypal, Credit or Debit Card. Once transaction is completed you will be emailed a reference number and address to send your model for repair. Please then package your GHD's carefully and send to us with your reference number using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How can I make payment for my repair?

We accept credit/debit card and PayPal. You can pay either online or over the phone on 0845 602 63 87.

Do you offer a warranty?

All parts which we replace come with a 3 month warranty.

How will you return my GHD's after repair?

Once repair has been completed we will return to you by royal mail special delivery. This is a signed for and insured next day delivery service.
