This initial service can recover your device to working order but if your device requires any replacement parts or additional repairs we will provide you with a quotation at a discounted rate, you can then decide to proceed with this or have the device returned. The recovery / diagnostic fee of £24.99 will be deducted from the overall repair cost if you choose to proceed.

Please note this recovery and diagnostic service is not a guaranteed repair, the vast majority of devices can be repaired (about 9 out of 10) but the cost can vary, we will provide you with a quotation at a discounted price before proceeding with any additional repair. If the device is beyond economic repair or you choose not to proceed with the repair the return postage to you by Special Delivery is included within the £24.99.

This combined repair is to replace the Touch / glass front screen (digitizer) and rear black or white case with silver bezel. If the screen has been cracked, scratched or no longer responds to touch and if you have damaged or scratched the rear case. This also includes the sim tray.

If you have tried to repair your device and damaged your connector 3 (this will effect earpiece and proximity sensor) we can repair this for you.

This repair will replace the camera if faulty
