Please find some of the most frequently asked questions below:

Would I be entitled to compensation?
You may be entitled to compensation if you have been injured in an accident in the last 3 years. There are some exceptions to the 3-year time limit, for example, in the case of a child, a claim can be submitted up until the child reaches the age of 21.
We deal with claims for injuries suffered as a result of many types of accidents and would be pleased to have a claim for compensation assessed for you.

What can I claim for?
A compensation claim can be made for pain and suffering, loss of income, damaged possessions and any other financial losses incurred because of the accident. We may also be able to arrange for you to have private medical care, at no cost to you.

How much compensation could I receive?
Every personal injury claim is different, the amount of compensation awarded depends upon a number of factors. In addition to compensation for personal injury, a claim can also be made for financial losses, for example loss of earnings and expenses that you have incurred or may incur in the future.
Every claim is individual and further advice will be available once we have had a chance to consider your claim.

Why don't I have to pay any costs?
Your solicitor will fund your claim and protect you from having to pay your legal costs. You will not be asked to take out a loan or credit agreement - there really is no catch. Your solicitor will fund your claim and his costs will be covered by insurance, this will be explained to you fully before you proceed with your claim.
You will receive 100% of your compensation - paid directly to you.

How long will my claim take?
Many claims, particularly road traffic accident claims, can be settled within a few months. Severe injury claims generally take longer. It is in everyone's interest to process your claim without delay. Further advice will be available once we have had a chance to consider your individual claim.
