We are an independent tax consultancy practice based in Mayfair with over 30 years experience both in practice and as former senior inspectors’ of taxes. We have a long and fruitful history of working alongside fellow professionals to minimise their client’s tax exposure. We provide a discreet and personal consultancy service to other professional intermediaries and their clients on all aspects of both domestic and international tax matters.

We aim to provide practical advice which is based on constant monitoring of changes in legislation and practice. We work closely with law firms both in the UK and other jurisdictions including Geneva, Ireland, Cyprus, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, to ensure that we are able to assist and advise clients and their advisors irrespective of the individual’s domicile status and country of residence.

Many of the ideas and tax structures we source will have been considered by tax counsel
