Our Warranty
Warranty will cover the original repair and all parts used for 12 months.
All repairs are carried out to the highest possible quality. Parts are all tested before being shipped.
If any issues happen we offer a full 12 months warranty on all repairs for your peace of mind.
Unfortunately we cannot cover the following
- Water damage
- Damaged not related to repair
- Damaged due to customer attempting a repair.
- Damage due to misuse of the deivce
- Issues relating to software
- Issues relating to manufacture faults
- Loss of data due to repair (please backup data prior to repair, we try our best not to delete any data)
- Screens cracking again are not covered by warranty.
- Battery replacements have 3 months warranty.
