If your device has suffered any water or liquid damage we can offer a recovery and diagnostic service. Our team will take the device apart and put the device through a cleaning process.

This initial service can recover your device to working order but if your device requires any replacement parts or additional repairs we will provide you with a quotation at a discounted rate, you can then decide to proceed with this or have the device returned.

Please note this recovery and diagnostic service is not a guaranteed repair, the vast majority of devices can be repaired (about 9 out of 10) but the cost can vary, we will provide you with a quotation at a discounted price before proceeding with any additional repair. If the device is beyond economic repair or you choose not to proceed with the repair the return postage to you by Special Delivery is included within the £24.99.

The recovery and diagnostic fee is non-refundable as this covers the initial diagnostic/clean out service and return postage.

Please ensure you provide specific information of your fault or symptoms at the checkout process (there is a box for more information) as it is this fault or symptom we will diagnose and attempt to repair. This will also help our technicians complete a fast and accurate diagnosis for you.
