Introduction

This website is operated by M Blue ltd and may be referred to as We, Us, Our or the company.

Pricing

All prices are in UK Sterling.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Non-Contact

If, following an escalation, the client fails to contact Mblue ltd within a 90 day period to accept or decline the escalation; we shall dispose of the respective device.

Delivery

Delivery costs are stated on the website but we reserve the right to increase this cost to reflect any direct or indirect costs passed onto the company. Any goods shipped to you must be examined as soon as possible. If any goods are damaged or missing you must inform the courier immediately and inform us within 24 hours by emailing us via enquiries@fastghdrepairs.co.uk Any packaging must be kept for inspection at a later date. Depending on the delivery methods you have selected, you may be asked to sign for the goods to confirm their receipt. If you are unable to check the packaging and contents at that time you must sign for the parcel as ´Contents Unchecked´. Failure to do so may affect any claims made thereafter.

Refunds

If you wish to claim a refund then you must contact us within 7 days of the invoice date and state your case – please email us at enquiries@fastghdrepairs.co.uk Any devices diagnosed by us to be beyond economic repair will be subject to diagnostic charge of £29.99, but this charge will not exceed the amount you have already paid.

Warranty

Any repair made to your equipment will be repaired at no extra cost should they fail with the same part failure within 90 days so long as device is not opened. This excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage.

Returns

If you wish to cancel a repair you must provide written (email) notice within seven working days from the day after that on which you agree to go ahead with the repair, otherwise referred to as the ´Date logged´. This can be referred to as the "Cooling Off Period". This right to cancel does not apply, unless agreed otherwise, to services that begin before the end of the cancellation period providing the supplier has informed the consumer before the conclusion of the contract, in writing or another durable medium, that he will not be able to cancel once performance of the services has begun with his agreement. If a repair to your equipment fails within 90 days with the same fault please contact us to arrange return of the device. If the fault is deemed to be different then you may be liable for these costs. In such cases we will issue you with a quote before proceeding with any work. The customer is responsible for the items/goods until they have been received by M Blue ltd. The customer will be liable for any damage caused to the goods when, in the opinion of the company, have been caused by inadequate packaging or through the customers own neglect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of up to 20% on goods which were ordered in error and have not been opened or used. This is at the sole discretion of the Company and prior authorisation is required. No goods can be returned without the prior approval of M Blue Ltd.
