sent for a flat fee of £5.99 and include insurance should your package be lost or damaged in transit.
All orders placed before 12.30pm are sent on the same
day and delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after are sent on the next working day for
delivery the day after.
If in the unlikely event that
your package has not been delivered in 3 working days, please notify us immediately so we can chase it

All international orders are sent for a flat fee of £20.99 and include
insurance should your package be lost or damaged in transit. All orders
placed before 12.30pm are sent on the same day.
Delivery varies from 2 - 10 working days depending on your location.
Please bear in mind that Ennovations Ltd is not responsible for
importation duties payable on your purchases upon entry into your country.
Should you have any concerns, contact us prior
to placing your order as we may be able to offer you
advice.
If in the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered in 14 working days,
please notify us immediately so we can chase it up. |

give you our unconditional 60 day refund policy. Should you wish to return your purchase within this time for a
refund or exchange,
please contact us for your return instructions.
Due to the fragile
nature of your products, please package with care and ensure
the product is returned in its original packaging or other appropriate packaging for protection.
Upon receipt, a full refund of the purchase price will be made via your
original method of payment. |
