The process of becoming an ERP agency is thorough but straightforward – starting with a visit by an ERP associate to meet with senior management and understand existing agency recruitment practices.
Having signed a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to guarantee prospective ERP members full confidentiality, he or she will then audit processes in real time. This will cover how adverts are placed; how candidates are registered and kept informed; and how queries are handled.
Our associate will also verify if jobs placed on advertising boards are live on the recruitment system (through random analysis), to ensure none are in place purely to ‘harvest’ CVs.
Other pre-approval checks include:

  • Speaking to a random sample of candidates to confirm if they were aware that their CVs were put forward to certain companies - and if they gave their consent
  • Reviewing client correspondence that confirms terms of business acceptance before any recruitment is conducted by the recruitment agency
  • Speaking to recent clients to confirm that they were informed of terms of business as per correspondence on file

Twice-yearly assessments ensure recruitment agencies maintain high ethical standards

First assessment - £450 + VAT
